The onsen facilities were delightful, especially the
outdoor bath which provided a peaceful ambiance and stunning views of Mount Fuji. While the room itself was a bit compact and lacked sufficient storage for clothes, the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a memorable stay.

Incredible views of Fuji right from our room! Just a two-minute stroll to the lovely lakeside walks. Plus, the shuttle was super convenient for our trips to the main bus stop.
However, the cobwebs were a little too enthusiastic for my taste—didn't realize I was paying for a haunted house experience. And those wall stains? Well, they just added to the ambiance, right?

Couples seeking a cozy retreat need to check this out
The breakfast buffet was just superb! We could find a long array of wines that were super tempting and there was even a vending machine for ice cream, which was a nice surprise after our long day. It really felt like a great mix of comfort and fun.

It was just a fine choice for a brief stop-in in Fujikawaguchiko with all in all brilliant value for money. The onsen experience was incredible, especially the private one which I recommend trying as a couple. Make sure to book the free shuttle bus to the station in advance.

I had a fantastic experience with the stunning open-air bath and the relaxing public bath. The place is perfect for unwinding after a long day, but the room was a bit small and could use some updating. Definitely check out the beautiful views it offers, especially of Mount Fuji! 🌄

The Japanese-Style Room with Mt.Fuji View was spacious, gave us a choice between a bed or futon, and had incredible views of Mount Fuji right from our window. The bathroom was awesome too, especially with open windows for fresh air. I loved that we could soak there and take in the scenery. A real highlight was the free drinks in the fridge upon arrival, such a nice surprise!

great experience but some improvement needed
The shuttle bus was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Beautiful baths provided both relaxation and stunning views, especially of the mountains. The self-service wine bar was a fantastic touch for winding down after a day of activities. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking mountain view from the hotel's location, which truly enhanced my stay.
The room was quite small and could benefit from better storage options.

The view of Mount Fuji from the onsen was truly breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The spacious tatami area in the room, equipped with modern amenities, made my stay comfortable and restful.
